are the bumpers for these years different? i was wondering if it was diffierent if i could swap the 89-92 bumper t2 bumper onto the 86 gxl..

 

yah you could do that, the trim on the bumper and on your car is differant, but if you paint the trim on the 89 bumper black it wont be too bad, or just switch your trim with the trim from the 89.

 

are you talking about the bumper shell? I put a s5 (89) one on my 87. Fittament was fine however the moulding on the bumper will be different than your s4 moulding (the black strip) hey your from edmonton too!!! ^_^ well here is my car.. if you look closely at where the bumper meets the front fender you can see the difference.

yeah im talkin about the bumper shell.the front lip of my bumper is cracked and iwanted to stick with oem so im deciding on the 89+ bumper. i have the black strips on the front and reat of my car but the door sides are removed. btw z3ro are you part of 780tuners? your car looks familiar and im liking the lip.. edmonton rep haha
