86-88 89-91 fenders the same?

Are 86-88 to 89-91 fenders the same? They just have different moldings right?

I've been wondering the same also. From what i've gathered, appearance wise there different but they bolt up the same.

They are NEARLY identical. All of the bolts on the top and sides are the same, a few of the bolts on the bottom are different. But it DOES work. I had an 86 fender on my 89 GTU.

89-92 (N/A):
Left 52-2110-FC01

89-92 (Turbo):

They will bolt up pretty secure, but the biggest difference is the side molding is different.
