AZ 86 13b N/A with 59k in the junkyard!!

ok so i found this beauty in the junkyard.. the clock says just over 59k. everything in this car appears to be so, however, you can also tell that it has sat under a tree it whole life. i am after the engine, the tranny, the manual steering rack, and maybe some other goodies. my question is more of the engine though. i understand i should compression test it to see some kind of condition, but at that, for it sitting so long is it even worth it?? what kind of internal damage occurs to a motor when it sits for decades?? could there still be useful housings or rotors to salvage??

Yeah, presumably it was junked with coolant still in the radiator and engine, so there's probably a bunch of rust at least in the cooling passages. Also, you'd assume that the engine was probably blown for them to junk it in the first place with such low mileage, so who knows what internal parts if any would be salvageable.

Do you have any photos of the car?
