The car would run rich when the secondaries are firing, but not much else. It will cost you power unless you adjust the amount of boost to the amount of fuel the engine is seeing (generally not a good idea!). If you are going to do this without any fuel controller and find the car is running rich, then switch to a smaller injector (680CC). A wideband will tell you.

Aaron is right. Lou needs to get educated before he spews misinformation. The secondaries are not fired during startup so it will not flood out (at least not any more than it already does..). I have no idea what "up the spark and timing" means, but you do not need to adjust timing at all to run 720s so I don't know where that came from.
There is no need to tell us what you are running. You configure the ECU for your setup when you get it . The Rtek 2.0 ships in the stock fueling configuration.
