7 wont start now x.x

So I recently got my car back from the shop. Sprint RE installed.

I seen it run there 2 times with pretty much no smoke or anything bad just a little bit of a high idle.

The car only ran for about 45 sec and died both times.

When I got the car home I realized the alternator was not plugged in ( most likely my mistake)

Charged the battery and started it. It ran for again about 45 sec to a min and it started pouring rain because of a hurricane so I shut the car off and went inside.

Ever since then I haven't been able to get the car to start. It turns over strong and sounds like it wants to start but never does.

The plugs were gassy so I'm assuming it is flooded.

I've pulled the plugs, cleaned them , let it air out, cranked it with no plugs, pulled the egi fuse and cranked it and all the other steps a few times besides putting ATF fluid in my spark plug holes and trying to start it.

Is that what it comes down to now is that last step or is there anything else I should try before pouring extra stuff into my engine?

And I did check, the coils are getting spark.

Unplug the fuel pump and try a second or two of starter spray to help ignite the excess fuel.

You have a Sprint RE installed.
No sense in taking out the Egi fuse.
Take the fuel pump fuse out on your RE Harness...OR ..\/
...I actually had a problem like this(Ps1000) But My ECU was accessible so I just disconnected the Main connector at the ECU.This shuts everything off.
You clean the plugs, roll the engine over, get the fuel out and replace.
Hook up the ECU again and try starting it again.
(Its safe..nothing will get "lost" or fried.)

So I did what MISTERSTYX suggested a few times over the past few days and it fired up.

I held the revs at 2k by holding the gas a little because I really didn't want it to stall.

It ran fine for about a 2 minutes then it started to bog a little so I gave it some more gas and it just lost power and stalled.

Failed to start on the next attempt.

Battery was still at 13v.

Could this be from leaky or malfunctioning fuel injectors?

I also herd a noise when it stalled that sounded like turbo compressor surge. Maybe I got into boost a little when I revved it up just before it stalled. I'm not sure.
