YOu need to change the oil anyways...The capacity is about 4.5 quarts as per the Haynes manual...I went with Castrol, 20-50. This may be a little thick, but it IS Arizona. After flooding, that oil is crap. You need to keep your car running till you get the ATF out of the system. Then replace the plugs.

Full throttle the bitch until the smoke is gone from the exhaust. Then change the plugs like J-Rat said.

Until you get other stuff straight, there are some easy quick ways to up the idle. These are not teh defined "right" ways per the FSM, but they work great and are easy to un-do

ON top of the manifold(Im assuming its an NA here) there is a rubber cap, underneath is a flathead screw, turning it counterclockwise idles the car up.

Behind the intake there is the throttle cable held in place by 2-12mm nuts. You can adjust the 2 of these nuts so the cable is pulling the throttle open at idle, and idle it up that way. This is the most redneck way, but often the quickest.

ON the front of the throttle body/intake there is a real small 8mm nut with an even smaller flathead set screw inside. This adjust the 2ndary throttle plates, and adjusts the idle as well. Loosen the 8mm nut then turn the screw to adjust idle, then lock the nut again.

Good luck!
