6port question

i have a 91 NA and i was taking a look at the 6port actuators today and found that the one in the front was pushed out and the one in the back was pushed in. i think they should be in the same position when the engine is off, right. so im thinking one is stuck but which one is it and what can i do to fix this??

The one that is extended is stuck open. Make sure you can extend the one that is retracted, or it may be stuck shut.
