hello i just took took out my 5th and 6th port sleeves to install the PR inserts. they say to make sure the runners are clean before reinstalling the sleeves whats the best way to do this with the engine in the car..?

 

When I had mine out, I sprayed carb cleaner into the runners, then slipped a rag over the end of a screwdriver and swabbed it out.

 

Brake cleaner and very fine steel wool. Make em' shiny. Put some loctite in there, slide the inserts in there and dimple the sleeve where it meets the insert. Sand down the dimple so it does not protrude. BAM!
Stick them in!
