6-port activation with ACV.

Well, I finally got my auxillary ports working today. Even with stock exhaust and cat, it would never create enough pressure to open the things up, because they are pretty stiff. I finally came up with a very easy way to open them up.

Get a straight T Ball Valve that's about 1" outside diameter. Remove the little black silencer thing that's just down from the tube coming out of the ACV. Put the T Valve in place of the silencer, and hold it on with hose clamps. Drill a small hole in the hose after the ACV, but before the T Valve. Jam a straight 3/16" barb into the hole, but make sure the hole is smaller so it doesn't leak air. Then just run a vacuum hose from the barb to the little medal pipe that activates the auxillary ports. The ACV vents somewhere around 3600 rpm. Close the T Valve just enough to make the auxillary ports activate when the ACV vents.

This seems to work pretty good as long as you still have your air pump, and ACV. Let me know what you guys think.

Total cost: about $4.
