5th gear & Neutral Switches

Are the 5th gear (over the top) and neutral switches connected to anything besides the ECU? Does the neutral switch go to the cruise control as well? I didn't see it listed anywhere else in the FSM besides the ECU, but I may have missed it in there.

On a series four the over the top switch goes to the ECU and the Split Air solenoid.

Neutarl switch goes only the ECU.

The switch(es) connect those items to ground.
