sorry I meant spray carb cleaner in where the pressure sensor is connected by the actuators. My lines were plugged with dirt or something and was causing my ports to open with 15psi. I spray that stuff in the lines with the car running(sprayed it in the trottle body too, wow now it takes only 4 psi to open.

The stuff in that thread shouldn't have anything to do with the actuators. I do see how cleaning out the lines running to the actuators can be beneficial, but I don't think theres any way that the carb cleaner made it to the actuators.

By the way jgrts20, is the electric aux port mod still working alright for you? Are you still running it my original way or did you run a seperate power from the battery?

It runs prefect Turbo, but I ended up running a fuse off the battery. Everything else is still the original. Thanx.

Wells gents, Put some liqud lubricant on shaft of actuator # 6'er and with a little promise of constant bedroom butter, she is a working. I didn't think I'd notice a difference in car, but definetly can. Also, make sure to plug O-2 sensor in that was unplugged during repair. One question. Why was the smell of the exhaust so different, I mean really noticable, when the O-2 sensor was not connected? Another job well done. Thanks all.
Really curious about O-2 sensor though. Start a new thread? PEACE RUF RUF RUF RUF

How in the hell did this come back to life? I'm trying to keep my FC3C stock, I won't take them away, or wire them open. Thanks for the input!
