5th & 6th ports???

Can anyone explain to me about those two ports? I'm not sure if mine are working properly. Are they supposed to retract when I'm initially at idle, then reving the rpms to about 4000? They don't do anything. I can move them by hand however. Or are they only supposed to retract when there is an actual load on the engine?

The aux ports only work under load, not idle

About every 6 months there's a flood of "6 port" questions. It has all been covered before, thousands of times. A search is your friend.
