Welcome to the forum..
Start with the simple things:
Clogged fuel filter.
Clogged fuel pump pick up strainer.
Worn out spark plugs.
FPR hose not connected.
Worn out spark plug wires.
Here's one that many miss, although it would gave a more random miss than you describe: Routing a HV spark wire right next to a CAS signal wire.
I have a copy of the factory service manuals on-line at the link in my sig.
Download & print whatever you need.

Good observation.
That hose gives the cat some extra air in cold/rich conditions so the cat won't carbon up.
You could have a clogged cat.
Sounds like a good excuse to knock the guts out of it.
The fuel pickup strainer usually first presents as a fuel cut in hard left turns when the tank is not full.
The FPR is on the exit end of the primary fuel rail, under the intake manifold.
