50/50 coolant?
if lets say i have 80% water and 20% coolant in my system. would the temp get so hot that it would boil the water but the temp stay the same. cause i'm having this problem were the temp rises and goes back down. when i check the coolant all i hear is alot of air and the coolant just drops to the bottom of the radiator. is it possible that i have 2 much water and no enough coolant and the water is filling the system up with air????

I'm really not sure what you're trying to say, but whatever your problem is, it has nothing to do with your coolant mix. If you have air in the system it needs to be bled out. From cold, run the engine with the radiator cap off and the heater on. Run it until it's warmed up and there are no bubble appearing in the filler neck.
NEVER run anything less than a 50/50 mix of water and coolant. It's the corrosion inhibitors in the coolant that are vitally important to your engine.
