5 speed swap s4 into s5

5 speed swap s4 into s5
On a 5 speed swap from S4(5speed) into a S5(auto) does everthing bolt up with out any problem? I know a S5 flywheel is needed, but will anything else have to be S5?

I did this same swap. Every thing bolts up except the cross member. There is a thread on here or FC3S.org that covers the entire swap including fabrication for the cross member.
