5 lug conversion brake troubles

well, as some of you might now i just finished up working on my 87 SE, i did the 5 lug conversion ... went for the first test drive tonight and never got out of the driveway.. the brakes never came up, im not sure what the problem is, im hoping i have overlooked something.... but if anyone has done the 5lug convert do you have to swap out the master cyl and booster? i bled and pumped the damn brakes for a good hour, and the pedal would hardly stiffen at all, the tail lights wouldnt come on, i got a bit of pressure and decided to see if it would stop it, but it didnt make a difference, im not sure if the calipers are even compressing at all...

sounds like you have a major leak or lots of air in the lines. also did you rebuild your calipers? or where they rebuilt before they were put on? if so there is more than one place to bleed them from for them to work correctly
