5 lug conversion

Yes I have the gay *** 4x114.3 mm lugs on my 87 gxl and I wana know if theres any way to convert them or is it better just to take a 5 lug axles and put them on. I wouldnt rather convert since I wana put on some brembo brakes and such but if a new axle is the only way to go I guess that would work. I searched on the internet for a while about this but the only thing I can find is how to convert a old 4 lug mustang into a 5 lug but even all those say that it is much easier to use the axle off a old bronco "ford " if anyones done this conversion or used the mustang conversion kit some help would be most appreciated

The 87 GXL had 5 lug wheels to begin with. Someone added the GXL sticker to your car. Find a parts car and grab the entire front strut assemblys and rear hub assemblys.

Seriously, please don't put a bronco axle on an rx-7. It hurts just thinking about it.LOL

Huh? Are saying all you found was converinting a mustand to 5-lug, or that all you found was how to convert an rx-7 to 5-lug with mustang parts?
If its the latter, why would you do that? All you have to do is get the parts from a rx7 that was equipped with them and swap them on. Also, searching on the forums will lead much better results.

bronco axle? mustang parts ? where you dropped on your head? rx7 suspension is some that should never be given up for a solid axle. go to a junkyard and get the conversion parts, you'll need wheels too
