5 beeps--[pause]--how do I stop it
I got that damn 5 beeps then puase the 5 beeps again.I know its got something to do with the power steering.I got so damn agreevated today,i unpluged the powersteering box under the dash.How can i make it stop.If i could find that damn buzzer it would all be over!I just dont want to take the dash all apart.

fix the power steering.
You could temp unplug the power steering 'puter in the dash right behind the drivers dash speaker, but your power steering will be disabled.

Ya,i did that,thats what i meant by unplugging it.theres nothing wrong with it,theres no leak,it did this before like a year ago,i unplugged ,plugged it back in and it went away.

Just unplug the computer, or take the power steering system out. it sucks.
I had the beep for a while too, it's the sensor going to your power steering motor (very small motor.) connected to power steering.

The most common failure for the power steering computer is either the steering wheel was removed and replaced wrong or the speedo cable is disconnected or broken from the gauge cluster.
