5 and 6th ports ?
how would i know if there workin properly my engine seems feel like it has a rev limiter on around 3000 rpm would that be the problem or not compression is good on engine and starts and idle fine if is the problem can i just spray a lubricant back there or what

If it's happening at 3000rpm, I'd be willing to bet you need to add/replace some grounds.
