4x100 or 4x114.3

what do these mean for rims. I know what +40mm offset is, but have not a clue what those mean.

thanks. also which size would fit a 97 Turbo II with 5 lug wheels. I am gettting my car painted flat black and a set of Rota Circuit 8's. Kinda like the SportCompactCar's Project Silvia.

well, for your 97...OR 87 Turbo ii, you would need a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern rim. Stock offset is +40mm Good luck.

4x100 means:

4 = number of bolts
x100= space from one bolt to the next.

If you have a turboII, you will need 5x114.3 wheels.
