4 lug to 5 lug
It all depends on the condition of the car, which you wont know untill you start working on it. Because I was traveling when I started my swap, I came home for a couple of days, found a fused or broken part to replace, ordered it up, and usually had by the time I got back from my next trip. It took me two months. If everything is in good shape, a couple of hours should be plenty of time. All you need is hubs, calipers, front brake lines and caliper pipes, and of course wheels. Also all of your consumables like brake fluid and pads. Most of the nuts and bolts are either 14mm or 17mm heads. The brake lines are 8mm heads, and a flare nut wrench will make changing those much easier.
If you're just swapping the hubs and calipers, it may take a while. But if you can, swap the rear sections. Its much easier and faster this way. Only do this if the other car's rear end is in better condition than your current car.
The front will take some time though.

TII rear end = different half shafts and differential (Depending on your car, you may or may not have an LSD. Turbo cars have these.). Also the N/A driveshaft does not bolt up to a TII diff.
