3beeps must die!

Uhh kinda sorta a re-post, but here it goes...

Blew motor (n/a 13b) swapped motor, successful swap runs fine not a hiccup yet except the 3 beeps all the time. Ive seen on here repeatedly these beeps mean Stepping motor signal or Short in harness. Could the fact that I removed the Power steering have anything to do with this(the wires to the power steering unit were cut and are just chillin there). They arent touching each other or a possible ground but if anything I would expect a 4 beep signal as I believe that is for an issue in steering angle sensor.

Also the cruise control system wasnt functioning so I removed all of its bs and the a/c system. Other than that egr, omp, and air pump are all blocked off so Im guessing if it isnt from the PS being removed all this other stuff could have some effect.

Could someone please help me to be rid off this beeping. What could cause it, and how do I go about fixing it. I know im trying to get spoonfed here but I did search to no avail, Ima n00b and at a loss here.

Any non sarcastic responses will be appreciated!

Try unplugging the power steering computer it's under the dash by the steering column.
