3800 hesitation but only when hot

So I'm back here again, I'm now having a issue where my car will not rev past 3200-3800 but only when it's up to temp for (so I'm not sure if it's the secondary injectors) I'm also having issues with my rpms not reading at all, (suck on 0 no matter how much I rev) along with my passenger side blinker blinking fast with no blub out and the car sounding like it's blown but only during hot starts, cold starts sound completely fine other than it sounding like it's on one rotor for 3-4 seconds on startup then it idles fine and drives fine without change in sound at all.

Note the 3800 wall has been going on for a few weeks but the blinker and tac just started today after trying to start it hot by deflooding it, it did start but sounded like absolute crap along with it taking the blinkers and tac with it

Car is a 1988 FC vert with 126xxx original miles with small things done to it that wouldn't cause reliability issues. I have also been doing a very very large amount of premix (3oz per gallon) + my omp for a few fill-ups, I have stopped this as of today but I'm not sure if that would cause a incomplete burn or clogging the secondarys when hot.

Any ideas will help

btw I have looked at almost all the threads involving my issues but they have either not worked or are too confusing/out of availability for me to attempt

The tach is driven from the trailing coils. Combined with your driving issues, I'd start investigating there. Clean the connectors, and ground bolts (grounds through the bracket, so clean the bracket too). This could certainly cause your issues.

Once that is dealt with, the 3800rpm hesitation is almost always ground related, or if that is fixed then possibly fuel related. But start with the coils and see what happens.

I'm experiencing this 3800 issue after my 1990 NA drives for about 20 miles at normal operating temperature. First time kinda freaked me out so I took some side streets home avoiding other cars. On the way, I was able to reproduce the problem by going into 2nd gear and gassing it. Coincidently, this issue happened after installing a new OEM fuel pump and strainer due to the left turn bogging issue. Fuel filter was replaced 4k miles ago. New sparks plugs and wires same day as fuel pump. The car ran very well until it didn't. Went on this site, searched, and discovered 3800 hesitation. Wow! Lots of info. Next day, drove for 15 miles and no issue. Added Chevron Techron Fuel Injection cleaner to about half a tank of gas. Drove around again for about 5 miles and became disappointed when my car bogged making a left turn confirming the fuel pump and strainer install didn't fix THAT issue. Drove a few miles more and the 3800 hesitation started happening again. I forced it to happen a few times just to verify it happened at about 3800 RPM. This time, pulled over and turned off the car. Started up and drove home minutes after. Was not able to reproduce the 3800 issue after restarting the car. I assume this must be an ECU grounding issue. It behaved after a reboot like Windows 95. I don't think it's clogged secondary injectors; if they were bad, they should be just as bad five minutes later. Does the new fuel pump have anything to do with this, or is this just a coincidence? Thanks.
