3-rotor???

can you bolt a 3 rotor to a stock 13B transmision,engine mounts, exhaust or do you need to get all new stuff???

all new. expect to pay $10-50k to get one running in an FC. and even more in an FD.

You can use the stock transmission (TII would be better), but you need custom engine mounts (see http://www.k2rd.com/Online_Catalog/FC3S/FC3S-index.htm ), and a custom downpipe (although a new exhaust would be better).

Yes, it will cost you about $10,000 for a very basic 20B conversion if your car is stock and you do most of the work yourself. A professional conversion is about $35,000.
