3 rd gen seats

I am going to install a set of 3 rd gen seats in a 2nd gen and was wondering who did it before and is it hard to do ,i mean what new brackets i have to make.

In some other threads, it seems we'd have to adjust the brackets, which I thought we'd have to do, but other than that, I don't know what else it involves. I have access to some FD seats, I can start eyeballing it and seeing what needs to be done to make them fit.
