ok guys im doing a custom intake and i wanted to know what i can do with that pipe coming from the intake tube that has a red arrow going to it... i know it goes to the coolant deal that attatches to the TB... as you can see in yellow i have done the throttle body mod.. and in green shows the tube that went to the thermowax and where it should connect to the other hose but i havent found a connector for it yet.. going to lowes tonight to try to find a 90 deg brass pipe.. anyhow do i just put a mini filter on that tube (with the red line pointing to it) or cap it... it went the to the intake hose stock... i.e feeding fresh air to the device on the side of the manifold.. thanks in advance...

That tube needs to be connected to an air source after the AFM. So you will probably want to install a nipple on your intake tube. You need to feed the BAC with metered air to maintain idle.
The tube that went to the thermowax can be left open (and the coolant feed at the other side plugged) if you have eliminated the cold start cam and secondary throttle blades.

what do you mean keeping the BAC? can you get rid of it?

It also helps with starting.
You can remove it, if you feel that you don't want the ECU to compinsate for extra load on the engine at idle or near idle situation.
