3.5k Cold start and Belt Squeak
The past 2 times i have cold started my car it has revved up to 3.5k and I have heard belt squealing. I know the normal cold start is supposed to be like 3k for a second then drop. I had thought the belt squeal was only happening when the AC was on, but it started happening with the AC off now.
Belt squeal usually only happens when i rev up to ~4k rpm quickly, if im downshifting or revving it quick in first.
Checked the tension on all belts and it seems fine to me, and i dont know how you can have belt squeaking on a ribbed belt, but i really dont know that much, lol.
Any ideas?

If a belt squeaks, it's not tight enough. The alternator belt is the usual culprit; especially if the air pump has been removed. If the air pump is gone, a double pulley or yoohoo belt will be the only ways to keep the belt from slipping.
~3k cold start for ~17 seconds is normal.
