2x2 Mounting Points

Do the mounting points for the 2x2 seatbelts exist and are reinforced/etc. in non-2x2 RX7s?

Or if I pick up a set of 2x2s, am I going to have to create the mounting points for seatbelts and whatnot?

You mean the holes in the chassis that the back seat belts screw into? They are there on all chassis AFAIK. I have a turbo that came with them instead of the bins.

No, the actual mounting points for the seatbelts for the 2x2 seats with the reinforced hole for seatbelts.

If it's not reinforced or it's not there, I'm dropping the idea for 2x2s right now.

All non-verts came with seatbelt brackets for the 2+2 seats.

They are there i have done the conversion. They are pluged up with rubber plugs and come out pretty easy. The belts are lap belts anyway but the way they bolt into the frame they are not going any where. The only issue i had was the hook thing to hold the seat up from folding down. Thats if you can talk someone into sitting in the back.

I apologize if I make myself out to be a moron, but seatbelt brackets?

I tried to google and search the forums for more information there, and was rather spectacularly unsuccessful in finding information out.
