2nd gen fuel pump swap question

i swapped the Turbo II fuel pump into my NA...im assuming that the turbo II pump has a higher gph output than the NA, but will it really work better in my car or hinder my performance?

It might hinder you slightly....as you are going to be running rich. You could put on a aftermarket fpr so as to get rid of the stock one and the pulsation dampner since they are prone to failure.
