Looks like oil, not fuel. And personally I don't think there would be that much smoke on his rx7 considering is has an EMS..

im no expert but from what ive seen my friends cars do under heavy turbo modifaction that smoke is most likly just excess carbon being blown out of the back by the pressure of the turbo spooling down. but im not an expert i could be wrong.
