FL 225/55/15 on 6wide?

good idea, or is 225/50/15? Maybe I should just get 7 wide.

Horrible idea. 225s will fit on 7 or 7.5" wide rims.

I wouldn't do it. Craziest setup I've seen is 225s on the stock 6.5" wide Vert wheels. The car was autocrossed and road raced too so it worked. 6" is pushing it.

Exactly what everyone else is saying... I've got 225/50/15's on the back of my car ATM, but my wheels are 7" wide. Go for that.

225/55-15 (24.74").or 225/50-15 (23.85") is fine for a 6"-8" wheel, but compare them to the 205/60-15 (24.68"). You'll be hard pressed finding many choices in the 225/55-15 size though.
