This is an interesting find. And we all know that there are plenty of vacuum solenoids lying around people's garages with nothing to do

Pretty sweet idea. I'm sure the boost control aspect works just fine, but I'm not a fan of the ghetto rigged gear based boost sensor setups.
I wonder how the real boost controllers do it? I'm pretty sure the ACV-R doesn't have a switch attached to the sifter linkage, lol.
