2 questions?

1) would a fuel cut defender stop my car from flooding? or would it disable the gas while i'm starting if it gets to much?

2) anyone ever try steel wool in there exhaust to lower the note? cause mines loud as hell and i need something to put in my exhaust to quiet it down, like alot. sounds like 2 harleys right now.

No, it has nothing to do with these systems.

All quality mufflers use steel wool as packing, and these are the only kind that should be used behind a rotary.

I'm assuming you have an 86-88 that does not have an OEM fuel cut build it.

There are several posts on installing one, having the injectors blueprinted/cleaned (ie you send them off), and several other ideas.
