back pressure?
i have a 13b in my b2200 truck and im working on the exhaust. i was wondering how much back pressure i need from a muffler. dont tell anyone, but i dont plan on using any kind of cat. conv. and i heard that rotaries need back pressure or they burn up. is this true? or am i going to be safe with a "staright as i can get pipe" (straight pipe) and aftermarket muffler. any answers would be great. im not real knowledgeable of these rotaries but i can say im smarter after rewiring the complete ECU, fuel injection and ingnition. thanks alot guys.

Ah, the ol' backpressure debate! This could get good...
A certain amount of backpressure is required BUT this should come from a set of properly tuned extractors after which you can install the biggest exhaust your wallet and ears can stand.
"Rotaries need back pressure or they burn up" is the strangest thing I've ever heard!
