I've got an 88 GX model with a S6 motor and TO4E turbo. mostly built for the track but i kept the interior because we might not have a track next year.
I'm slowly working out all the bugs.
the CPU is beeping at me, 2 beeps pause and repeat. FAQ says that that it's the power steering unit. GX models have no power steering, cruise, ABS or AAS. so that rules that out.

now the fun part I cut out all the connectors out of my engine bay that i know i wasn't gunna use. FAQ says that the buzzer is coolant level or low oil, i'm not getting a buzzer just 2 beeps from the CPU. anyone have an idea where to look?
coolant level wire is grounded.
seat belt wire is looped.
I grounded the oil level wire at the cluster panel, didn't stop the beeping.
That damn beeping, I'm starting to hear it everywhere now

 

lol I have that same beep. Only happens when I leave my car in accessory mode and only when I am a little low on oil... which is all the time because I always leave my car in accessory mode to avoid the alarm going off and getting my car impounded and am always low on oil from racing around. But it doesn't go off when the car is running or the ignition is in the off position.

 

ok i'll ground the oil level sensor properly and see if that does it. i couldn't think of anything else.
