2+2 to buckets swap
has anyone here successfully completed a rear seats to buckets swap? As far as i know i just remove the hwole seat assembly and replace with a frame and then insert the buckets. Has anyone had any problem with the carpet or such?

why would you want them? thier just big enough to fit a gnome, not even that. i think the compartments work much better and look better too, but all i know is that you have to take the buckets and carpet out and replace it with the seats and just remove anyhting thats in the way

Yah, first time I read this I thought you wanted bucket seats in the back too, not "storage bins."
You shouldn't even have to ask if this is possible, or course it is, you just need the bins, the structure around them, and the mounting parts to put it all in. People have swapped in 2+2 instead of bins, and vise versa, many times.

So the carpet with the square cutouts under the seats should fit fine around the buckets and i only need the buckets themselves and the support frame?

when i took my bins out to put seats in (yea i did it. AND i put ppl back there all the time) All u will need is the plastic piece... the "suppor frame" i guess its called..and the bins themselves. u wont have the little lights that go on when the bins are open but thats not really a big deal. other than that just the bins themselves. I can probably sell u the stuff u need if i can find it.
