1st rebuild

just got done with 1st rebuild turned it over by hand to see it turn and it does not
have 3 even pops on front rotor is it normal?

Did you install the apex and side seals?

Kidding...


Seals may not be seated yet. Fresh rebuilds don't have the best compression, especially if you have used housing. So long as everything's assembled properly and it doesn't catch and grab while spinning, throw it in and fire it up.
