GA 1990 vert not starting- checked everything i can

Car is not starting or turning over. Im getting power to the gauges and dash, checked fuses under hood as well as drivers kick panel. i cant find the starter relay. its not where its supposed to be (drivers kick panel right?) I can hear the main relay click when i turn key to ON, and possibly whirring from the fuel pump, but thats it. any ideas? havent had any issues with the ignition switch as of yet, so i dont think that is the issue. any help would be much appreciated.

Are you sure your battery is in proper condition? It doesn't take much voltage to get the main relay to click and the circuit opening relay controls your fuel pump and if need be you could jumper the fuel pump connector/checker located by the passenger fender (encased in a black rubber housing but the plug itself is yellow in color and has two terminals inside and once jumpered the pump will run with the key turned to on) and you will be able to compare that sound with the sound you're currently hearing although this is not likely your problem. Your problem could also be a bad connection between your ignition switch and starter. If you turned your headlights on and to high beam and they looked peekid it might be an indicator of a battery problem.
