1990 Engine swap and I have Oil Meter Pump code #27

I used the same harness and when I start the car it runs great. When I step on the throttle while getting on the road it throws Code #27 Oil Meter Pump. Is there a wire I failed to plug in maybe? If so, where? Any advice would be great. The old motor had a water seal go out. This was a non issue with the previous motor.

Thanks,
Jeff
