symptoms

*when i start the car up for the first 30 or so seconds the car revs and drives fine then looses all power once power is regained it will smoothly rev up to 1500 rpms then start to bounce form 1000 rpms a little over 1500 rpms

if i pull the fuse under the hood that controls the fuel system crank the engine over then put the fuse back in start the car up it will run fine again for about 30 seconds to a minute which would suggest a rich condition

but...

i pulled the plugs and there showing a light to a milky brown color which would suggest a lean condition

any ideas or suggestions or knowledge from past experience are welcome

 

TPS is bad or out of adjustment
