1988 fc vert won't start

1988 fc vert won't start
So last night I had the security alarm go off and now I'm sitting in it and when I open the door I get an alarm sound with what sounds like the sound of my blinker and the red security light keeps blinking. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm assuming it has something to do with the security.

No idea why but I ended stepping out of the car and locking it with the keys then unlocking it with the keys, still got the beeping but she fired right up no problem. Any insight would be appreciated.
