Thumbs up "1987 RX7 NA Squealing noise" HELP!

So after I changed my radiator to an aluminum radiator, about 1 week after, during warm ups, the car squeals.

I have a video that I will upload as soon as I get home.

More background info:
1. The sound only happens during warm ups and dies out after the car drops below the 1000 rpm.
2. It seems to be coming from the bottom of the fan/ belt area.
3. It does not effect the drive of the vehicle afterwards.
4. It almost sounds like a rubbing, like something is touching the fan. But I rotate the fan when the engine is cold and its not hitting anything.
5. Car seems to be eating a little more gas than usual (i may be paranoid)
6. I see no coolant leak after radiator change.

As soon as i have more info, I will post it.
Some people are telling me it might be the start of a bad water pump.

THANK YOU

Its probably a bad belt rubbing. Replace the belt with a new one. Even if that isn't it it can't hurt to replace something with something new.

I had the belts replaced not too long ago. Like honestly less than 200 miles

Are they even a tiny bit loose? It'll also do it if they are really wet

Doesn't matter,if the belts decide to slip, they will, and that noise will be a sign that they are slipping.
If the belt Glazes from slipping it will continue to slip and then heat up and snap...Bye,bye new belt.

I used a sandpaper "sponge" and took all my belts off and cleaned the pulleys.
It stopped it.Try that.

I dont believe they are wet, didn't get any Radiator fluid on them when changing the radiator.

I will try this, what is this "sandpaper 'sponge'" you speak of?
And which belt did you take off? All three?

Sandpaper sponge is a Sponge that has sandpaper on it.
It forms to the Contours of the Thing you are sanding.
You can just get a piece of sandpaper and use it..no big deal.

..just enough to buff the crud out of the grooves.
Did you happen to check your belts and see if the V side is shiny? That is a sign of glazing belts(slipping).

Does the clutch fan still spin/slip freely? I've had one seize up. Maybe just loose belts, you can try that belt dressing crap as well.

will do this as soon as possible!

Edit: the v side did not seem shiny, it seemed dry

and the fan seems to be working fine, i rev the throttle and it catches faster and slows down on the release.

I applied some pressure on the belts as well, doesn't give, seems pretty tight

it doesn't seem to be running out of place either, but i will double check everything

Check idler puller bearings. Sometimes they get quiet after they warm up a little bit. Take the belt off and spin the idler pulley and check for noise or play. Doesn't sound so much like a slipping belt IMHO.
