man that intercooler is way big

i think were gettin besides the point here. I dont care if you like 19's or not just want to know how to fit them on. no flame all tech plz. And when you lay my oem rim on the 19s both with tires on the 19 is only 1/2 inch to 1 inch bigger around than the oem rims.

OK, fair enough. But I figure if you're buying 19" wheels you should be able to get them in our common stud pattern, so no adapter will be required.

Which is precisely the problem MR. Fuzzy seems to be experiencing. Bolt pattern doesnt match.

dude, if the bolt pattern isn't correct, that just sucks. why not sell them and get different wheels, maybe with the correct bolt patter and offset? (maybe some 19's again if you really want)

You could probably run 19s in the rear, but in the front you'd probably only be able to get away with 165 width tires, otherwise there'd be a lot of rub.

I think the best combo is either 17 or 17 in the front and 18 in the rear. 18s fit, and look good (if it's an attractive wheel.)

Lightbulb FUZZY LOGIC REINVENTS THE WHEEL!

Okay, so you wanna fit those Free Bling 19s on your 2 Gen? Rrrrrright....

Here's whatcha do:

1. Replace your stock wheel studs with 5" racing studs.

2. Add a hub spacer. Make it about 3" thick. This will allow the wheel tire to offset and clear the suspension on the inside.

3. Slap on a bolt pattern adapter. It will be some POS overseas mfg.'d junk metal item available only at a place like Pep Boys.

4. Remove your front fenders.

5. Slap those free bling 19s on and cinch them down!

6. Throw away your fenders because they'll never fit your car again.

7. Never drive over 50 mph.

Back-up Plan:
These were free wheels? Then give them away, because they're worthless to you.

Good luck!

I've talked w/ several wheel shops and they don't recommend using the wheel adaptors! BTW after 50 mph the car will probably shimmey and shake you off the road.

No, no, no, no, NO! For God's sake, RX7TillDeath, can't you tell what Fuzzy wants with that question? He wants some late night yuks, because he knows he's out of his mind thinking he's gonna run those Free Bling 19s!

Fuzzy, above 50 mph, here are some of the things that can happen if you rig and run with those Free Bling 19s:

1. You'll pass one of those big chrome gas tankers and see your car in the chrome. You'll bling yourself blind and crash.

2. Your wheels won't just shimmy and shake, they will explode off the car, each one shooting out at about 1,000 mph and you will kill about 50 people in a giant freeway schmazz.

3. Your girlfriend will dump you and guys in pink pintos will start honking and waving.

There's more, but I just wanted to break you in easy.

Happy Rotaring!

okay then......now that it's all been blown clear out of proportion....Fuzzy, some of them were right, most of the people on here are speed nuts, and they only way they'll even start to go for bling is if it's some small part that's almost unnoticeable (body kits aside) and has absolutely no demeaning attributes...some of us, on the other hand (mostly us "slow" vert owners) don't mind a little show with the go, or without it for that fact. I say if you can make them fit, go for it, but some of them are probably right about the rubbing...

Would 19's in the back and 17's up front look weird?
