17"x9" + 20 offset on my T2??!!

Anyone use.rims this size with good results??? I do have vented wide body fenders on the front and coil overs if I need to adjust the camber to tuck Em in... I am considering either rear wide.fenders or pulling and rolling the rear fenders as well...Im just wondering if it would be necessary to fit them up.. also I haven't totally made up my mind on tire size.yet... This is now my time attack car and plan on going somewhat ***** out with it

if you already have wider front fenders and plan on tracking the car why don't you just run 17x10 square in an appropriate offset?

this is a 17x9 +15 on the back:

They'll fit F/R no problem since you coil overs and wider front fenders.

I had 17x9 +22 squared on stock fenders and just did a shitty baseball bat fender roll job and never had any issues. Seeing how you probably are running a 20 or 30mm for fender you could go a little more aggressive in the front size wise, maybe just run a spacer, depends on what look you are going for.

I have a slammed T2 with 17x9 ET 10 (with stretched tires) on the rear and 17x7 ET -3 on the front with stock fenders. It sits just perfectly
It rubs a little bit while drifting but.. who cares? :P

ok, so let me re phrase.. I have wide fenders for the front, but am hesitating on putting them on because the car is quite emaculate and don't know if I want to get into body work this season.. u think I can run 17x9 +15 in the front without the fenders??

It will be tight. You'll have to roll your fenders, run a stretched tire, and raise your car slightly.

low cars are lame

It was a 245/40/17. 2.5degrees camber on Stance coilovers. I know that if your into the stretch look, 225/45/17 is the norm for 9inch wheels and will clear.

Fwiw my front fenders have the lip flattened just a bit.

if you want to see for yourself, jack your car up, unbolt one wheel and grab a ruler. starting from your hub, measure 4.5in out. Now add 20mm. That will give you a pretty good idea.
