igniter coil check help

hey guys, I'm a bit confused on how to test the igniter on the trailing and leading
My car is a 1991 n/a and the car recently has a hard start problem and the last two days it started to have a acceleration hesitation,

I read that the black/yellow wire has 12v while ignition is on without starting the car, so i have to disconnect the two prong connector and connect the volt meter in series with the (BY) wire terminals

on the next picture I hooked the right terminal and i got 7.84 V but when i ground it with the ground on the battery i get 12.00 V

on the next picture i hooked the left terminal and the readings were bouncing everywhere and would not give me a still reading

this next picture is the leading and i hooked the right terminal and the reading was 12 V and when i ground using the battery i got the 12v

Hope these pictures are helpful for other members
i did other readings to find the problem
coil ohm's
Trailing=0.6
Leading=0.5 both in spec
Crank angle sensor
Ne1 and Ne2=162.5
G1 and G2 =165.3
fuel pump resistor relay
a-b=0
c-d=81.5
d-f=00.9

I have also checked the fuel injectors resistant and all are at about 14 ohm, the last thing i need to check are my fuel filter and make sure the primary injectors are align properly and check for fuel pressure

thanks in advance and hope these pictures could help for future reference

with ignition key on, the harness side of the two-pos connector at the trailing coil should have 12V on both wires, check it with neg side of the tester on a gnd point (body or battery). that only tests the ignitor is getting power, it doesnt test the ignitor. testing the ignitor itself gets complicated. when they go bad they usually stop working alltogether

sound more like fouled plugs or a fuel pressure problem, maybe the regulator

At the leading coil the B/Y wire is supposed to have 12 volts w/key to on but the Green/Yellow wire is supposed to have 0 volts w/key to on and when the engine is turned over by hand (rotating the alternator pulley) the voltage will quickly spike to 5 volts briefly then return back to 0 volts. Also, the igniter gets its ground from being bolted to the fender.

thanks for the help guys,
gxl90rx7- well today i checked each B/Y wire by using the battery ground and both trailing wires showed 12V each, the same with the leading B/Y wire 12V which is good for both,
I also checked for spark on each wire and turns out that one of the leading spark plugs would not spark, so i tried the messed up spark plug on the other leading cable and still would not spark, so what i did I used the good Leading spark plug on both Leading cables and sparked each time, so I'm guessing this spark plug just crapped out
would this cause acceleration hesitation and hard hot starts? and also will this also cause the car to dump more fuel since it smell like strong fuel smell but all fuel hoses are new b/c i recently replace all new hose last month and no leaks whatsoever
well i ordered new platinum spark plugs and will install them tomorrow to see if it finally runs well

The fuel needs spark to ignite so if you had a spark problem then of course the fuel would not burn like it should.
