15x8 offset question

I've been looking into getting new rims for my 87' N/A for a while now, and I finally have the money to do so. I'm fairly uninformed on this as I have never bought rims before. I've decided to go with enkei92 rims. Now, my problem is the supplier I've chosen to buy them from has two different rim widths. They sell them in 15x7 with +38 offset and in 15x8 with +25 offset. I'd like to get the 8" wide rims, but I'm really new to the offset and fitment concept. Would the 15x8 rims with a +25 fit and look alright, or would the offset mean I would have to do something else for a proper fitment?

Would the et25 be able to fit under the fenders with say 225 series tires? Assuming stock suspension.
