1500/1750 idle

I just installed my SAFC and now the idle is consistantly at 1500 to 1750. It just keeps on bouncing between the two. If I go to 4th gear and let go of the gas the car will keep on moving like its on cruise control when it hits 1500.

I don't know what the hell is going on.

Also the 3800rpm hesitation came after SAFC intsall. Is it possible that I just istalled it wrong?

Did you make any other changes at the time? For example, disconnecting the coolant lines that go to the cold start thermowax?

Are you sure the settings on the S-AFC is correct?

But an exactly 1500RPM idle almost always is due to a stuck cold start cam.

Thanx Aaron, I didn't change anything when I put the SAFC in. I was wonder could it be the grounding?

Grounding for what?

Try bypassing the S-AFC and see what happens.
