15.4 ohm bac???

Question 15.4 ohm bac???

I got a bac lying around i measured the resistance on it and it came up 15.4 ohms....the fsm for a 91 says 10-12 ohms does three ohms make that much of a difference or do you think this bac is bad???

3 ohms is a big difference.

I need a bac for a 91n/a!!!! if anyone has good one i am willing to buy it....please someone respond.
