Just wondering what gasket kit and seals do i use for a 13bre build.... I'm sure that the seals are the same as doing a TII build, but not sure about the gaskets. Anyone that has some experience in build a 13bre please help me out... thanks

 

All of the internal short block parts are the same as any other 13B block, Mazdatrix sells the intake manifold gaskets. I know the exhaust ports are weird, not sure if they use their own exhaust mani gasket.

 

Only difference is the port sleeve in the exhaust, they use the FD 2 piece exhaust gaskets, the FC one will work as well.

 

would it just be better than to buy a full rebuild kit then for a tii since its almost the same thing and since i'm going to be using a tii front cover and waterpump/housing?
