Generally...
I'd say you need everything to make it reliable :p . Here's what I can think of:
-External or ported wastegate
-Standalone ECU (PowerFC, Haltech, etc)
-Larger fuel pump
-Bigger injectors (720 prim, 850 secondaries should do it)
-Cooling system needs to be in great shape. I would recommend: *cleaning your oil cooler thoroughly *getting some SS lines if the old ones are worn *make sure the stock radiator is in great shape or get an aftermarket racing one *get an aftermarket electric fan. *possibly remove your thermostat.
-New clutch and (optional) flywheel to handle the new power
-Upgrading your IC is HIGHLY recommended to keep the chance of knocking to a minimum
-T04E w/ v-trim turbo for quick spool up and good power
-Free flowing exhaust (dp, mp, catback)
-Ideally get your rotors cleananced for 3mm seals.
Of course I probably missed shitloads, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head. Of course you could just get a FMIC, AFC, AVC-R, bigger injectors/pump, and crank up the boost, but don't expect your car to last a long time. If you're going to do it, do it right =). The above setup will support 400rwhp if tuned correctly.
